Loan Documents

Below are the documents that each buyer needs to have to get a loan from the bank:

Employees

1. Photocopy of police id card (for foreigners a photocopy of the passport and stay permit is required)
2. Photocopy of the last tax clearance which the buyers can get from the tax authority they belong
3. Photocopy of the last 3 payment receipts or similar proof of payment depending on the situation. Also a document from the employer is needed stating the number of working years and current salary.
4. Those three documents are enough for the buyers to get the pre approval of their loan after two to ten working days.
5. The last deed of the property to be bought or the deeds of the last decade for loans over Ο τελευταίος τίτλος του υπό αγορά ακινήτου ή οι τίτλοι ιδιοκτησίας της τελευταίας δεκαετίας για δάνεια άνω των 150000 euros.
6. The property registration document
7. The certification of ownership from the owner's party that was sold to them.
8. The schematics of the land
9. The budget of the property that is being builded.
10. Photocopy of the build permit
11. Document of the tax income.

Freelancers, Businessmen

5. Photocopy of the last income coming from a property (if there is one)
6. The last deed of the property to be bought or the deeds of the last decade for loans over Ο τελευταίος τίτλος του υπό αγορά ακινήτου ή οι τίτλοι ιδιοκτησίας της τελευταίας δεκαετίας για δάνεια άνω των 150000 euros.
